Five local primary schools will join forces with SPS musicians to perform a varied programme linking in with the Barnes Music Festival’s 2025 theme of ‘Music and Literature’. At the centre of the concert will be a new work composed for the Festival by SPS Director of Music – A Portrait of Pepys, illustrating the life and times of the famous diarist and Old Pauline, Samuel Pepys.
