Raoul Malhotra is the Founder and CEO of Orka Investments, a London-based real estate private equity platform specialising in operational real estate asset classes, including PBSA, hospitality, and opportunistic acquisitions across UK and Europe. Since its inception, Orka has grown to manage over €500 million in assets under management. Earlier in his career, Raoul worked at Meyer Bergman, where he focused on pan-European real estate investments, and at GGP (General Growth Properties) in Chicago, gaining experience across large-scale retail and mixed-use assets. Later this year, Orka will complete the development of The Shepherd, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Mayfair, delivered in joint venture with Bain Capital. |

Suniti Chauhan co-leads the Real Estate practice and is part of Spencer Stuart’s Board and CEO practice, focused on board excellence and future leadership through board and senior executive searches. She has 25+ years of experience advising boards beginning her career in investment banking at Schroders and Morgan Stanley, before being client-side in FTSE 100 corporate strategy, M&A and risk roles and then advising a range of companies on strategic communications and sustainability. She has worked across sectors including consumer, retail and real estate through her career and has served on the boards of Britvic plc, Tulchan Communications and Breast Cancer Now. She attended Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School. |

Seb Mattey is an Investment Analyst at Fusion Group, where he is responsible for evaluating real estate investments, supporting the execution of transactions, and assisting in bringing in capital to fund Fusion’s expansion. He also contributes to reporting and asset management across the portfolio. Prior to joining Fusion, Seb worked in the commercial finance team at Land Securities, overseeing capital expenditure across the office portfolio and supporting major developments. He began his career in audit at BDO and is a qualified ACA. |

Samir Nathwani is a Partner at Trower and Hamlins. Samir’s range of real estate experience includes acquisitions and disposals, property aspects of corporate/secured lending transactions, complex forward funding and development arrangements, and a broad range of landlord and tenant transactions (with particular experience acting for tenants).
He has acted on numerous high-profile deals since joining Trowers, recently advising Global Net Lease on its purchase and leaseback of the 50-hectare McLaren Campus near Woking, Surrey. He also recently advised TR Property Investment Trust Plc on (and implemented) its complex restructuring of the Colonnades estate in Bayswater as well as the subsequent sale of the residential parts of the estate. He has advised and acted on the establishment of restaurants and clubs for Richard Caring’s Caprice/Birley groups and Ivy Collections since joining the firm in 2015. Samir is a leasing expert and is renowned for his user-friendly and efficient approach to all matters no matter the size. His mantra is to be commercial, commanding and responsive to ensure that clients receive a first-class service with pragmatic advice. |
