The Canterbury Tales by Geoffrey Chaucer, Adapted by Mike Poulton

02 JULY 2021 - 03 JULY 2021

7:30pm

As the holidays beckon and a tough school year ends, join us for a joyful, sometime raucous, celebration of human life in all its glory and grunge.

By turns rude, dark, beautiful and hilarious, packed with wonderful characters and astonishing events, The Canterbury Tales have entertained the world for six hundred years. Our highly physical production, cast from members of the fourth and fifth form, will bring them to explosive life in a range of modern settings from bawdy romp to dark morality tale, and from TV dating show to Country and Western hoedown…

Please note that due to Government Covid-19 restrictions, this event will be live streamed via Zoom from the Samuel Pepys Theatre.

Tickets cost £8 – further details will be released closer to the event.
