Careers Talks at St Paul’s

The School is looking for OPs who are willing to contribute to the careers and partnerships programme.

This would involve giving a short talk about your careers journey and the sector that you work in to an audience of St Paul’s pupils and partnerships students from the maintained sector. Whilst careers in Law, Medicine, Finance, Science and Engineering remain popular, the School is interested in representing a wide a variety of careers so that all pupils can fully explore their options.

The 30 minute talk, with 10 minutes for Q&A, can be delivered in person or conveniently from your workplace through a Zoom webinar. The talk would be at a time of 12.40pm to coincide with the start of the St Paul’s School lunch, but could be on any day of the working week during term time. The talk would be live-streamed to our national network of partnership schools, who find sourcing quality speakers difficult. If you agree to it, the talk would also be recorded to build up a library of careers talks for students to use as an invaluable resource.
