OPs from the 1940s to the 2020s enjoyed our Annual Dinner on 13 October at the School.
The evening provided the chance to meet old friends and new and was enjoyed in the setting of the School’s new Atrium and Dining Hall.
With the High Master visiting the Pauline community in the US, the Surmaster – Dr Fran Clough – spoke on behalf of the School and shared the latest Pauline news. Fran impressed and entertained the OP audience in his first meeting with them.
The OPC President, Ed Vaizey, gave an address in which he updated all present on the Club’s activities over the past year, the plans for implementing the results of the Club’s strategic review, and the launch of the Capital Angel Network (CAN) led by Tom Adeyoola (1990-95), a new Vice President of the OPC.
A real highlight of the evening was the humorous and insightful after dinner talk, given by Gideon Rachman (1976-80), Chief Foreign Affairs Commentator at the Financial Times.
