Mike Thexton (1972-76) and Edwin Pomeroy (1946-51) were involved in the hijacking of PA 073 on 5 September 1986, as hostages.
A new documentary has been made about the event, its historical context and the impact on those involved. Mike took part in the making of the film, which is a mixture of interviews and reconstruction. The documentary was shown on Sky Documentaries on 24 April and can be watched On Demand and via the ‘Now’ app.
