After a successful pilot event two years ago, Hugh Roberts OP (1969-1974) and Sweetspot are bringing The Tour of Britain back to St Paul’s School.
Join us at 2pm on the 30 October for group park laps (2 or 3 depending on experience), see professional cycling team cars, bikes and rides, followed by refreshments, introductions and a guest speaker. The route will start at St Paul’s and head to Richmond Park. This event is for over 18s only, not current Paulines.
With the full support of Hugh, Jon Morgan OP (1969-1974) and the School, the purpose of this event is to launch the Pauline Continuum Cycling, a new club for the community.
Details of future club rides will be advertised via the community’s communication platforms, with coffee meets in Founders’ Court at St Paul’s.
This is primarily a social cycling club featuring great routes, club benefits from our affiliation with Sweetspot and The Tour of Britian and the opportunity to expand horizons meeting and riding with the community.
We welcome alumni, parents and friends to join our club rides and by next Summer hope to have grown enough to formalise membership and associated benefits, expanding into sportives and trips.
