New York Drinks

On Wednesday 5 February, a chilly New York winter evening, Betsy Morris hosted drinks and nibbles in her beautiful New York apartment in memory of her late husband and Colet Foundation Treasurer, OP Jamie Morris.

Eighteen OPs from both St Paul’s and St Paul’s Girls’ Schools, a Pauline parent working in New York, and guests enjoyed Betsy’s hospitality and the interesting and wide-ranging conversations that apparently only a group of ex-Paulines and Paulinas can generate. With participants from the arts, the law, banking, finance and technology, the conversation touched on many aspects, intersecting or otherwise, of life in New York, local, national and international politics, the arts and restaurant scenes and the future as it comes to city and rural transportation and the impact of changes in technology on life as we currently know it.
