All Old Paulines are invited to attend the following meetings immediately prior to the Annual Dinner:
SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM) commencing at 6pm
In accordance with Rule 41 of the Old Pauline Club Rules, a Special General Meeting of members of the Old Pauline Club will be held on 20 June 2019 at the Honourable Artillery Company HQ.
The purpose of this meeting will be to agree alterations to the Rules connected to the formation of a Trust Company to replace the Trustees of the Club, subject to the agreement of said amended Rules by the Main Committee on 11 June.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Immediately following the SGM and in accordance with Rule 16, the AGM will be held to elect Officers and Members of the Main Committee and to present the annual account of the finances. A meeting of the Main Committee will follow the AGM to appoint the Executive Committee.
The Annual Dinner will follow these meetings.
