Notice is hereby given that the forty-fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Colets Health Club on Wednesday 23^rd March at 7.00pm.

for the transaction of the following ordinary business:

1. To receive the Report of the Directors for the year ended 30^th September 2021
2. To receive the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30^th September 2021
3. To appoint auditors and to fix their remuneration
