Notice is hereby given that the forty-fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Colets Health Club on Tuesday 13th June 2023 at 7.00pm.
for the transaction of the following ordinary business:
- To receive the Report of the Directors for the year ended 30th September 20222.
- To receive the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30th September
2022
- To appoint auditors and to fix their remuneration
